2COL and JETCOL are available in professional versions, particularly useful for lawyers, court reporters and programmers. These versions, in addition to the standard features, print an alphabetized index of all the words in the document with line and page numbers for every word. A list of common words (which can be edited) to be excluded from the index is also provided. These programs can create line numbers or use the line numbers already imbedded in the document when generating the index listing. Footers can also be specified for printing.
