We run across all kinds of useful information in Cyberspace every day. The problem is in saving the data in an organized way so that we can find it when we need it. This is why I wrote Clip'Nfile .
Clip'Nfile allows you to set up storage folders for many different subjects (URLs, Finance, Medicine, Software, etc). You can also create subtopics. When you run across information you want to save, you need only select the folder button for the correct subject and then copy the information from the program you are currently using to the clipboard. The information is then automatically appended to the appropriate file. When you need to find the information someday, you know exactly where to look. You can also print these files of organized information with 2COL or JETCOL.
You can make the Clip'Nfile window stay on top of other windows for easy topic selection and can add your own comment whenever an item is saved. You can use this comment as a key when you search for the information later. You can also add, remove and rename topic buttons easily. You can create up to 30 topic buttons, although it is recommended for best organization to keep the buttons to less than 20.
Clip'Nfile costs $15 plus $5 S&H, or $15 total if ordered with 2COL or JETCOL.
